Best email tool for a growing Shopify store in 2026?

We're a Shopify store doing around $2M/yr, still on Mailchimp from the early days. The automation feels shallow and reporting doesn't tie to revenue well. Looking to level up. Is Klaviyo just the answer here, or is there something I'm missing in 2026?

For a Shopify store at your size, Klaviyo is the standard for a reason, native integration, revenue attribution, pre-built cart/browse/post-purchase flows. The migration from Mailchimp is well-trodden. You'll feel the difference in week one of reporting alone.

Agree Klaviyo for the platform. Separate but useful: the creative side is where most stores stall after switching. We've started generating on-brand campaigns in Brew and pushing the HTML into Klaviyo, keeps Klaviyo's attribution while the emails actually look designed. Worth considering so you don't recreate the 'ugly template' problem on a better platform.

That's a combo I hadn't considered, Klaviyo for sending/data, Brew for the creative. We definitely have the 'our emails look meh' problem. Thanks.

One vote to not over-engineer it. Move to Klaviyo, nail the core flows first, then improve creative. Don't try to change everything in one sprint.
